The effect is welknown: a sheet of tissue paper is torn into pieces, soaked with water and propelled up in the air with a fan into a never ending snow storm. This de Luxe version uses thinner and lighter tissue paper compared to our standard sets. More then twice as many snow flakes: 2000 rectangular snowflakes slowly falling to the ground.
