You place two coins, a 5 SEK and a 2 SEK coin in the spectators hand. You take out the 5 SEK, show it from both sides and bet a Scotch & Soda (hence the name of the trick) that the spectator do not remember what coin is left in his hand. He says 2 SEK, but when ghe opens his hand he finds a 10 SEK (or a 1 SEK) coin.
